In case we send you the wrong products or the product is faulty, we’re happy to offer refund within 14 days of delivery if and only if the products are returned to us in original condition, sealed, unopended.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refund if products are opened and used.
Follow these steps to return / refund:
- Within 14 days of delivery, please shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can help resolve any issues.
- Send the products (sealed, unopened) with your order number via Registered Post and advise us the tracking number. Please note that you’re responsible for the return postage, loss or damage during the transit.

- Once the products are back at our warehouse, we’ll check them and issue refund accordingly.
