Damselfly takes great pride in its reputation for quality products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact  hq@damselfly.com.au within 7 days of receiving the order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Damselfly offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on, unused, undamaged items with the within 7 days of purchase, all products must be in their original / undamaged packaging. 
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions. 
We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned order; only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

Refunds: Once you return your item, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund. Refunds will be made via the payment form by which the item was paid for. 
We recommend return items be sent via a freight method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
