We can provide a full refund or exchange if the following:

- Goods are in their original condition.

- Proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the transactional receipt or invoice number;

- The goods are returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

- Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. No sale items can be refunded

- If you believe that your product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault please email

enpointecollective@gmail.com to return your item for inspection and we will be happy to replace, exchange or refund. 

- Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings and headwear
