We understand that buying shoes and accessories online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items don’t fit or suit your outfit you have bought.

You may return full priced items that are in perfect condition as you received them with the tags attached or the plastic seal left on the bottom of the shoes bought online within 30 days of purchase for exchange or credit note.

Please note all exchange postage is paid for pay the customer.

What if a product is faulty?

We take great pride in our products and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us.

If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us on e-mail info@izoaaustralia.com to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item - it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after including the style number, colour and size you would like so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives.
