Return policy Journey-co
JOURNEY offers a 30-day refund or exchange service for all purchases returned in perfect condition, with the original paperwork and packaging by post to our Head Office.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been individually personalised with our Monogram stickers or another personalisation method, without valid reason.
All returns must be sent by an insured carrier and proof of postage must be kept. JOURNEY cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive and are not liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.
Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
