Return Policy Pure Smile

Please select carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any of our cosmetic products. PureSmile will only offer clients a refund if we deem items to be faulty but not if the damage is caused by the customer. An email to info@puresmile.com.au must be made within 48 hours of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by PureSmile the customer must return the product/s within 7 days of delivery.
