We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We offer exchanges and store credits for change of mind/wrong sizing. Please email email@example.com with your order details for a return authorisation. Only authorised returns will be accepted.
Although we will endeavour to replace faulty items, refunds are offered on items that are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale transactions are final.
For change of mind and wrong sizing - You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For faulty items and incorrect orders - Return shipping is free.
