For all orders delivered with BorderFree, please contact cusotmercare@esther.com.au to request a returns authorisation.

The Esther customer care team will provide you the instructions for how to return your parcel.

 All refunds are processed by Borderfree on receipt of the return and will be at the same exchange rate as your original order.

Refunds must be credited to the original method of payment on your order.

 

Items are eligible to be returned for…

 Refunds if:

  • The return sent back within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The item was purchased at full price, i.e. the item was not purchased from our sale collection or during a final sale period

Please note: We may promote final sales and in this case (and in line with the International Consumer law), purchases made during final sale periods are not returnable, unless faulty.

 Item/s not eligible for return under any circumstance:

  • earrings
  • hair and skin products
  • nipple covers and body tape

 

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • It has been over 30 days since receiving your parcel.
  • Item(s) are not returned in their original condition or without tags attached
  • Item/s appear to have been worn or marked while trying on (i.e. the garments have make up marks or an odour) or no longer have a tag.

 

Please note: Every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments online but as computer monitors may vary, your monitor may display a slightly darker or lighter colour.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
What if I received a faulty item / the incorrect size?
If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact customercare@esther.com.au immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.
How long will my refund/gift voucher take?
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer). 

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How will I know you received my return request?
Please keep a copy of your return tracking number and once this reaches our HQ, you will see a 'delivered' scan when you track this online and once your refund or gift voucher has been completed, we will email you to let you know.
 
Do you offer free returns?
At this time the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility but if you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please email us so we can organise a returns label.
