Returns Policy - 

At esther we understand that online shopping can be hard! You might not get the right size or your purchase doesn’t look as gorgeous as you thought it would so we want to make it easy for you, we will provide you with a refund if your order is full priced and returned within 14 days of receipt and don’t worry, if you miss this timeframe we will happily provide you with a gift voucher if you return your order within 30 days

If you purchased something in our sale section, during a flash sale or using a promotion code, this can be returned for store credit only, which will be in the form of a gift voucher. There are strictly no cash refunds on sale items.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. But if you wish to return something for another size, the best option is to lodge your return for a refund or gift voucher so you can repurchase the new size or style ASAP so you don't miss out.

We do not offer returns on accessories (e.g. phone/laptop covers, belts, sunglasses, head pieces etc)

We cannot accept returns due to wear and tear.

Your garment/s must meet the below requirements to be returned:

- Returned within the time frame

- Returned in new, unused condition with all designer tags still attached.

Sorry no garments that smell of perfume, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks on them will be accepted. If garments are returned in this state, we may need to send these back you. However our customer care team will contact you.

 

Faulty returns:
If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact customercare@esther.com.au immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.

We will happily accept the return of your faulty item for a full refund or gift voucher within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please help us by providing a photo of the defect/fault as well as the front and back of the garment. This will help speed up the returns process. Contact us atcustomercare@esther.com.au for faulty items. 


How long will my refund/gift voucher take?
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a further few days to completely transfer).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or if you selected gift voucher, we will send this to you via email. 

Please note: we cannot provide refunds for orders placed with gift vouchers.

 Please note: the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
