We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale items are not accepted for refunds/exchanges.
We offer exchanges and store credits for change of mind/wrong sizing. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details for a return authorisation. Only authorised returns will be accepted.
Although we will endeavour to replace faulty items, refunds are offered on items that are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping is free.
