Due to Hygiene we do not accept returns on earrings or headpieces under any circumstances.
Returns and exchanges are available for any full priced bracelets, necklaces and clutches, that are unworn and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
All return orders shipping fees are at the customers' expenses and are non-refundable. Please ensure your parcel is clearly addressed and securely packaged as the goods are your responsibility. We recommend tracking your return parcel as any items lost/damaged in transit will not be refunded by THE LUXE BRIDE.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed from the time we receive your parcel. All goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we deem the product has been worn, damaged or tampered with. Refunds will be processed back to the card that was used to make the original purchase.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final.
All our parcels are checked for quality before being dispatched. If you were shipped the wrong order or faulty item please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
