Returns
At Vanilla Shore we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item please send us an email at sales@vanillashore.com and send your item to: PO Box 209, Prospect, TAS, 7250, Australia. All returns must be sent to us in a secure padded envelope as paper or card envelopes can tear during transit.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to us.


We are happy for you to return any regular priced item (sale items excluded), provided it is unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once you return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again,
then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@vanillashore.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.

Exchanges (damaged goods)
We only exchange items if they are damaged, or if ring sizes are not correct. (If you are not satisfied with your item, please see our returns and refunds sections above.) Exchanges will be for the same item.
