April Woman of the Month - Zoe Blake
Zoe Blake is a woman who does it all. An entrepreneur and founder of her own company, an author of eleven books, a former beauty editor and journalist for Cosmopolitan, an ambassador for Tourism Australia and a series of charitable causes, a blog writer on her own website, and a loving mother of two, she is the epitome of the boundless potential of passion, persistence, and hard work.
Informed by her years of reviewing beauty products, in 2014 Zoe founded and launched her own skin-care company, Go-To, in an effort to provide easy, trustworthy skin-care solutions made from simple, best-in-class botanical ingredients. Eight years later, the company is going from strength to strength, moving beyond an exclusively women’s skin-care product range to providing skin-care solutions for men and children, operating with Zoe’s conviction that skin-care shouldn’t just be stress free, but also fun.
Zoe is also a prolific writer and author. She has penned books on skin-care, relationship & break-up advice, fiction for both old and young adults, as well as picture books for kids. One of her novels, The Wrong Girl, was adapted by Channel Ten for television, running for two seasons.
What we love most about Zoe, despite her numerous achievements, is her heart for the unfortunate and her commitment to charitable causes. She is a proud ambassador of Look Good, Feel Better, a free national community service program, run by the Cancer Patients Foundation, dedicated to teaching cancer patients how to manage the appearance-related side-effects caused by cancer treatment. Her company, Go-To, also supports the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR), a not-for-profit organisation with a commitment to creating a vibrant, resilient and revitalised remote, rural and regional Australia by meeting the needs of rural Australians.
Her dedication to her craft, her persistent pursuit of her passions and goals, her thoughtful empathy for her customers, and her compassionate commitment to providing a better future for those less fortunate are all things that truly resonate with us at Esther & Co.
