NO HEAT: COCONUT CHOCOLATE BALLS

These delicious coconut chocolate balls made from scratch are the perfect bite-size treats! Not only do they require minimal ingredients, but they are bake-free and take only a few minutes to whip up! 

RECIPE:

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Arnott’s plain biscuits
  • 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • Coating: 1 packet if desiccated coconut

Method 

  1. Crush the packet of biscuits to a finely crushed size
  2. Place in bowl and stir in condensed milk and cocoa using a wooden spoon
  3. Using wet hands (to prevent stick) roll the mixture into bite size balls
  4. Coat each ball with coconut as per preferred amount
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place your fresh chocolate balls onto the tray
  6. Let it sit and chill in the fridge until it is no longer a soft consistency (roughly 2 hours)
