Some of our products are our own creations (Esther) which ship from our warehouse, while others are from our incredible Marketplace partners (& Co.) which ship Express separately. We'll let you know at checkout if your bag will come in multiple shipments.

We love nothing more than your parcel reaching you safely! Esther Shipping Insurance provides protection for orders that are lost, broken or stolen. For a small additional cost add Esther Shipping Insurance to your shopping cart to enable protection.

In the rare event that your order is deemed lost, broken or stolen by Australia Post (AU orders) or DHL (International orders), please contact our customer care team at: customercare@esther.com.au

We are not liable for lost/missing orders that are not insured.

• Once your parcel has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent via email. Keep this little number safe and secure as it will tell you exactly when your delivery will arrive.

• All parcels are sent requiring a signature on delivery. If you request this to be left via safe drop or without signature, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods.

• We work hard to pack your orders as soon as possible. If your order is placed before 12pm AEST Monday - Friday, it will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed after this time sent the following business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have made an error in your address then please call or live chat us immediately. We cannot guarantee your order can be altered or stopped, however we will try our best to accommodate you.

• Pre-order garments are available AU only and are shipped separately via Standard Post at a cost of $5.95 per unit. Please refer to the Pre-order product description for its estimated arrival date.
