Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

During busy or promotional periods such as sale events, Christmas, and public holidays there may be a small delay (up to 24 hours) on dispatch. We'll always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

UK, Europe & Asia

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, or Asia. We're working on expanding our shipping destinations — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.
