FAQ's

Can I return an Afterpay purchased item?
Yes. Returns remain subject to the ESTHER & CO. returns policy. 


If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. 
When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned. 

Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. 

Please note: We will only be able to process your credit note once your return reaches our HQ and gets processed.  You will still need to make payments to Afterpay if you choose to return your item.

What if I can’t pay an instalment?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.

What if my Afterpay order does not arrive?
Simply contact our Customer Care team and they will assist you in locating the parcel.

If I don’t have a credit or debit card can I still use Afterpay?
Unfortunately not. Afterpay require a Credit or Debit card in your name to be supplied in order to use their services.

Is Afterpay a credit card?
No. Afterpay is simply a service that will charge an existing credit or debit card for the 4 instalments of your order.

What if I have a problem with my Afterpay payments or account?
You will need to contact Afterpay directly in relation to anything issues regarding your purchase.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, you can spend up to $800 in a single transaction.

 

ABOUT ZIP PAY

Buy what you want today, pay for it over time. You can then pay it back in full at the end of the month or pay over time from as little as $40 a month, interest free. Simply tailor your repayments to suit your lifestyle. 

You'll need: 

  • To be over 18 years of age
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Have a verified Facebook, PayPal or LinkedIn account in your own name
  • Have a good credit history
  • Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number

Can I return a Zip Pay purchased item?

How are payments made?
You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you pay the minimum of $40 per month (or whatever is left owing). Your repayments will be automatically debited from your nominated card on the scheduled date. Zip will send you a reminder when your payment is coming up. You can change your payment schedule within the app however, it will take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect, meaning same day changes won't apply. 

Is there a limit to how much I can spend with Zip Pay?
When customers are successful, they are given a limit of $350, $500 or $1000 (the maximum Zip Pay limit).

What are the fees and charges for Zip Pay?
Zip Pay does not charge any interest or establishment fees. There is a $6 monthly fee for using Zip Pay however, this is waived if you have no balance. 

Are there late fees?
Yes, late fees are $5. If the minimum repayment amount (shown on your Zip contract) is not paid within 21 days after the Due Date, a late fee will be added to the account.

What if my Zip Pay order does not arrive?
Simply contact our Customer Care team and they will assist you in locating the parcel.

Does Zip Pay perform a credit check?
Yes, as a responsible provider of credit, Zip Pay consider a number of factors as part of our assessment process. When you apply for a Zip account, they may need to perform identity and/or credit checks to verify your details and confirm you can make repayments.

Buy what you want today, and pay for it over time interest free. Take control by setting your payments to suit your schedule. Once you've made your purchase you can manage your plan and payments in the Openpay App. Keep using Openpay to manage your cashflow in every aspect of your life.

  • Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • To provide an Australian ID (or NZ if living in Australia)
  • To provide a valid email address and two contact phone numbers

Yes, the minimum requirement for one single transaction is $100. The maximum you can spend with Openpay is $1,000.

Is there any interest or fees associated with Openpay?
Openpay does not charge any interest. Depending on the plan type selected when checking out, there may be no fees at all. In some instances a small plan management fee will be applicable to each repayment however this fee can vary. In the case of higher value purchases, an establishment fee may apply. All costs will be disclosed before you commit to your purchase.

Are there late fees?
If payments have not been made by their scheduled date, late fees will apply. Openpay sends out welcome emails on all purchases and payment reminder notices. Late fees are detailed in advance in this email correspondence. If you are unable to make a payments, please contact Openpay before the payment due date to reschedule and avoid late fees.

Is Openpay a credit card?
No. Openpay makes buy now, pay later, payment plans available. You do not need to hold and manage another credit or store card. You do however need an existing Visa or Mastercard to use Openpay.

Depending on the purchase you are making, you may be asked to consent to a credit check. In those instances, your consent will be clearly requested before a purchase is made.
