ABOUT ZIP PAY

Buy what you want today, pay for it over time. You can then pay it back in full at the end of the month or pay over time from as little as $40 a month, interest free. Simply tailor your repayments to suit your lifestyle. 

You'll need: 

  • To be over 18 years of age
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Have a verified Facebook, PayPal or LinkedIn account in your own name
  • Have a good credit history
  • Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number

Zip Pay: Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $7.95 applies. This fee is waived each month you pay your statement closing balance, in full, before the due date. Available to approved applicants only. T&Cs apply.

Please allow your Zip purchase to process completely before exiting or clicking off the screen, as this may cause your order to not generate in our system.

FAQ's

Can I return a Zip Pay purchased item?
Yes. Returns remain subject to the ESTHER & CO. returns policy. 

If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. 
When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned. 

Your agreement with Zip Pay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. 

Please note: We will only be able to process your credit note once your return reaches our HQ and gets processed. You will still need to make payments to Zip Pay if you choose to return your item.

How are payments made?
You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you pay the minimum of $40 per month (or whatever is left owing). Your repayments will be automatically debited from your nominated card on the scheduled date. Zip will send you a reminder when your payment is coming up. You can change your payment schedule within the app however, it will take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect, meaning same day changes won't apply. 

Is there a limit to how much I can spend with Zip Pay?
When customers are successful, they are given a limit of $350, $500 or $1000 (the maximum Zip Pay limit).

What are the fees and charges for Zip Pay?
Zip Pay does not charge any interest or establishment fees. There is a $7.95 monthly fee for using Zip Pay however, this is waived if you have no balance. 

Are there late fees?
Yes, late fees are $5. If the minimum repayment amount (shown on your Zip contract) is not paid within 21 days after the Due Date, a late fee will be added to the account.

What if my Zip Pay order does not arrive?
Simply contact our Customer Care team and they will assist you in locating the parcel.

Does Zip Pay perform a credit check?
Yes, as a responsible provider of credit, Zip Pay consider a number of factors as part of our assessment process. When you apply for a Zip account, they may need to perform identity and/or credit checks to verify your details and confirm you can make repayments.
