We love this! A woman who is empowering and inspiring to those around her, while we're on this journey we'd love to honour some of our favourite Girlboss's in the Hollywood scene.. starting with Jessica Alba - she's an actress, model, business woman, wife and mother of 2.  
 
Jessica Alba is known for her acting and modelling career, the double wammy! Featuring in some of our fave films Honey, Never been kissed & Valentines Day. But Jessica Alba is also the founder of The Honest Company, along with her CoFounder Christopher they created a range of baby products that are safe, eco-friendly and beautiful. To top it off she's since started Honest Beauty as well as juggling being a Wife & Mother to 2 of the cutest children - Honor & Haven. WOW to say we're impressed with her multi tasking is an understatement.

Next up is Olivia Palermo, she's a reality tv star, american socialite, blogger and wife to the gorgeous Johannes Huebl... intrigued? Read below..

She's a fashion icon, breaking traditional trends while supporting the tradition of designer lines, even styling her own ensemble on her wedding day! Other than her fashion, she's also been seen on television in a fabulous show called 'the city'.. yes we admit that was years ago, but we love anything reality!! She's married to the gorgeous Johannes Huebl and together they are just about as fashionable as you can get.

Now meet Nicole Richie, also a reality tv star, business woman, author, model, wife to singer Joel Madden and mother of two (2 must be the lucky number!) Read more on Nicole below.. 

Nicole has succeeded further than any of us imagined when she starred in the hilarious reality tv series 'The Simple Life' with Co-star Paris Hilton as her wing man. She's now built a fashion empire designing her own line - House of Harlow 1960, named after her daughter Harlow, now with her son Sparrow she's definitely got her hands full! Aside from her glamorous life in the fashion industry, she's also ended up marrying into the music world supporting her husband Joel Madden from the band Good Charlotte. They have two beautiful children and look like a lot of fun.. we want to be friends with her!!

Talita Estelle is not only known by us, but was recently featured in a number of beauty and business articles, one of them being the Beauty Bible as a #GIRLBOSS. She discusses her online e-tailer Esther, her biggest challenges and the day to day routine (or lack there-of) she explains every day is different, new and exciting! We can understand, as she's also a director of start-up social app Clapit & Creative director of a non-for-profit event Be Her Freedom. With the rewards of running a business, she decided a long time ago to give back, teaming up with i=Change to effect change for people living in poverty worldwide.
