It can be hard to maintain a healthy routine with those long, busy weeks. Here are our top tips on how to take on the work week like an absolute girl boss, complete with advice from our very own fearless leader, Talita Estelle.
1. Exercise
It is so important to make time in your busy schedule for exercise, so get into the routine of hitting the gym or a pilates class before or after work. Exercise will not only help you look and feel amazing, but it reduces stress and improves concentration and energy levels.
2. Organisation is key
We know most of you will agree with the fact that planning out your work day will ease a lot unnecessary stress. Whether that means writing out a to-do list or investing in a weekly planner, ensuring that you are organised will definitely help you crush the work week!
3. Relax & Unplug
A little relaxation goes a long way, so make sure to set time aside for yourself. Whether it's reading a book, taking a warm bath or watching your favourite Netflix series, it's important to dedicate time to things you enjoy to help you recharge.

Also try and have some downtime without the distraction of technology. Aim to stop using technology about 30 minutes before bed, as research shows that the light suppresses melatonin, making it harder to fall asleep. A good sleep is the key to feeling amazing the next day!
4. Eat Well
Bringing a home-cooked meal full of vegetables and protein is the key to maintaining a healthy diet and keeping those energy levels high throughout the day. It is so much easier to eat healthier if you pack your lunch instead of buying it. Also use your lunch break to take a walk outside to stretch your legs and get some fresh air - this will help you through the rest of the day.
