Miss Universe Australia 2019 Recap

Just like that, it’s all over. After months of anticipation, preparation and A-class events, Miss Universe Australia 2019 has been crowned and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. With a full room of anxious onlookers at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, Middle Eastern migrant Priya Serrao was officially named the winner of the pageant, and it’s no surprise why. 

The Indian-Australian bombshell revealed to the The Herald Sun that she did not expect to win at all! In fact, that she didn’t invite any family to the event in fear that she “thought it’d be sad (that) they’d see me not make it, and they’d miss out,”
