• Items that have been washed and/or worn can not be returned. Only in very special circumstances with the discretion of our customer care team will this be approved.
• Return shipping labels for Australian Domestic customers are provided for $8.95 AUD, except in certain circumstances where our team have been approved to waive this.
* Return shipping labels for NZ customers are provided for $14.99 AUD, except in certain circumstances where our team have been approved to waive this.
* Return shipping labels for US customers are able to be provided in two ways:
1. $28 USD for a DHL pickup.
2. $14.99 USD for a Seko label that will require a dropoff at the post office.
• If you select Refund in our returns portal and your return consists of Esther Luxe & non Esther Luxe items, a store credit will be issued for all non Esther Luxe items.
* No changes can be made to your return request once you have posted your return. Any changes MUST be requested with our Customer Care team prior to you shipping your return.
• You will be notified via email when your return makes it back to our HQ. From there you can expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 business days. It’s that easy!
• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.
• If you are making a return from a marketplace partner you'll need to return the items back to the address which our Customer Care team provides you post lodging your return.
We have just launched our Exchange Portal and you can now exchange your pieces for another size or something completely different! It's up to you!
If your items are eligible, simply enter your order number and email address into the required sections and follow the prompts to lodge your return.
Once your return has been received by our team, you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your new exchange items.
The benefit of instant exchanges is your new exchange order is placed straight away! This helps you get your items to you faster and guarantees your selection is in stock.*
**Please note, the exchange places a temporary hold of $1 on your credit card for the exchanged items, and is released when we receive your unwanted items.**
You’ll only be charged for the amount of your exchange items if your return isn’t in the mail within 21 days. Rest assured, the holds are released when the return is marked as delivered to our warehouse and receipted in by our team.
**We are unable to offer exchanges on exchanges. If a second exchange is required, a return for credit will need to be lodged and a new order placed.**
