info you should read
• If you are making a return from a marketplace partner you'll need to return the items back to the address which our Customer Care team provides you post lodging your return.
• We are unable to offer exchanges - but girl *don't stress* if you want to make sure you don't miss out, just order your correct size and our customer care team will sort out the size which didn't suit.
• If you are returning only Esther The Label items you will be eligible to use the Esther returns label for $8.95 AUD, we will simply subtract this from your store credit. Alternatively, you can opt to use your own label.
• International gals, please organise a label at your local post office.
• If you select Refund in our returns portal and your return consists of Esther Luxe & non Esther Luxe items, a store credit will be issued for all non Esther Luxe items.
• You will be notified via email when your return makes it back to our HQ. From there you can expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 business days. It’s that easy!
• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.
