Returns Policy

At Esther, we’re here to help make sure you have an amazing online shopping experience, we understand that includes fast & easy returns.

Items are eligible to be returned for…
Refunds if:
  • The return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The item was purchased at full price, i.e. the item was not purchased:
    • from our sale collection
    • with a promotional code (excludes ESTHER10 code)
    • during a flash sale
Store Credit if:
  • The return is lodged within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The item was purchased at a full or discounted price.
  • Accessories may not be returned under any circumstance.
Returns will not be accepted if:
  • The return has been lodged outside of the allowed return time frame
  • Item(s) appear to have been worn (i.e. the garments have marks or an odor) or no longer have a tag.
Please note: Every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments online but as computer monitors may vary, your monitor may display a slightly darker or lighter colour.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

What if I received a faulty item / the incorrect size?
If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact customercare@esther.com.au immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.

How long will my refund/gift voucher take?
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a further few days to completely transfer).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or if you selected gift voucher, we will send this to you via email.

Please note: we cannot provide refunds for orders placed with gift vouchers.

How will I know you received my return request?
We will email you, please be sure to check your junk/spam inbox for Hotmail and Live email addresses.

Do you offer free returns?
At this time the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
