These delicious coconut chocolate balls made from scratch are the perfect bite-size treats! Not only do they require minimal ingredients, but they are bake-free and take only a few minutes to whip up!
RECIPE:
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Arnott’s plain biscuits
- 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- Coating: 1 packet if desiccated coconut
Method
- Crush the packet of biscuits to a finely crushed size
- Place in bowl and stir in condensed milk and cocoa using a wooden spoon
- Using wet hands (to prevent stick) roll the mixture into bite size balls
- Coat each ball with coconut as per preferred amount
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and place your fresh chocolate balls onto the tray
- Let it sit and chill in the fridge until it is no longer a soft consistency (roughly 2 hours)
