Shipping and delivery

Everything ships from our Sydney warehouse, except our Esther Home pieces, which ship straight from Ivory & Deene in Tasmania (more on that below). Order before 12pm AEST on a weekday and yours goes out the same day. Order after 12pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, and it goes out the next business day.

Pre-orders work a little differently. A pre-order is a piece that hasn't reached our warehouse yet, so it ships once our incoming stock lands rather than same day. You'll see the estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page before you order. There's more detail in our pre-order FAQ.

During busy periods like sale events, Christmas and public holidays, dispatch can run up to 24 hours behind. We'll always get your order moving as fast as we can.

Australia

Standard, 2 to 7 business days

• Eligible in-stock orders of $150 AUD or more: free
• Eligible in-stock orders under $150 AUD: $11.95

Express, 1 to 3 business days

• In-stock orders: $15.95

Roughly how long it takes to reach you

• NSW and VIC, 2 business days
• QLD, SA, ACT and TAS, 3 business days
• WA and NT, 4 to 5 business days

These are estimates and can stretch during peak periods. Marketplace pieces ship directly from our partner warehouses, so their timing can differ slightly.

Esther Home (homewares)

Our Esther Home range is curated with Ivory & Deene, our family's homewares label, and ships straight from their warehouse in Tasmania. Because these pieces are packed and sent separately, their shipping works a little differently:

• Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address and the size of the piece, so you see the exact cost before you pay
• Free shipping over $150 applies to our clothing and accessories, not to Esther Home pieces
• If your order includes Esther Home pieces and your Esther pieces come to under $150 ($150 NZD for New Zealand), standard shipping for your Esther pieces is added in your cart, so your Esther parcel ships at its usual rate
• Most pieces leave Tasmania within 1 business day. Road delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days, express (where offered) 1 to 2
• Parcels need a signature on delivery
• If your order has both clothing and homewares, checkout shows a shipping line for each parcel, and you'll receive two parcels, each with its own tracking
• Returns go back to Ivory & Deene rather than through our returns portal, just email us and we'll send you the details

New Zealand

Standard, 3 to 8 business days

• Orders of $150 NZD or more: free
• Orders under $150 NZD: $14.95 AUD

Prices for New Zealand are shown in New Zealand dollars with New Zealand GST already included, so the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is charged in NZD at checkout, converted at the current exchange rate.

United States

Standard, 6 to 15 business days

• Flat rate: $42.00 AUD

Canada

Standard, 6 to 27 business days

• Flat rate: $40.00 AUD

Orders to the United States are charged in US dollars, and orders to Canada in Canadian dollars, converted at the current exchange rate, so you will see the amount in your own currency before you confirm.

Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore

• Flat rate: $29.95 AUD. Free shipping thresholds don't apply to these destinations.

UK and Europe

We don't ship to the UK or Europe just yet. We're working on it, so watch this space.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces ship once our incoming stock lands, and the estimated dispatch timeframe sits on each product page.

Pre-order shipping is a flat $11.95 AUD for Australia and $14.95 AUD for New Zealand. New Zealand shipping is converted to NZD at checkout. Pre-order shipping is excluded from free-shipping offers. Pre-order items sent together share one pre-order shipping charge. In-stock items are dispatched first, separately, and their usual shipping rates apply. The total shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Pre-orders are available for delivery within Australia and New Zealand only.

You're very welcome to pop a pre-order in your cart alongside something that's already in stock. We'll send your in stock pieces straight away and your pre-order will follow once it lands, so you're never waiting on one piece to get the rest. If you order two pre-orders with different arrival dates, we may send those separately too. Either way, you'll get tracking as each parcel leaves us.

The moment your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number, and you can follow your parcel straight through the carrier's site.
