Refund policy

At Esther & Co. we offer a variety of products, some items found on site are our own (Esther) and others are Marketplace Partner products (& Co.)

If you’d like to return an Esther style, please review our policies then lodge your return via our returns portal.

ESTHER PRODUCTS
You can return full priced items for Store Credit within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be unworn with the original tags attached.

The following item/s are not eligible for return:
Sale styles, earrings, nipple covers, body tape, hair and skin products.

ESTHER LUXE BRIDAL
Due to the nature of shopping for Bridal Party Dresses, you can return full priced Esther Luxe Bridal for Refund or Store Credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: If you select Refund and your return consists of Esther Luxe & non Esther Luxe items, a store credit will be issued for all non Esther Luxe items.
