Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Pre-order styles are the exception. A pre-order is a piece that hasn't reached our warehouse yet, so it is dispatched once our incoming stock arrives rather than same day. You'll find the estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page before you order. See Pre-orders in our FAQ for the full details.

During busy or promotional periods such as sale events, Christmas, and public holidays there may be a small delay (up to 24 hours) on dispatch. We'll always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces are dispatched once our incoming stock lands with us, and the estimated dispatch timeframe is shown on each product page. You're welcome to check out pre-order pieces alongside anything that's already in stock. We'll send your in-stock items straight away, and your pre-order will follow separately once it lands — you'll get tracking details as each parcel leaves us. If you order two pre-order pieces with different arrival dates, we may send them separately and you'll receive tracking for each parcel as it leaves us. Full details are in our Pre-orders FAQ.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.
