Info for Your Return

• We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change a size or style, the best way to do this is to return your item back to Esther & Co and repurchase the new size or style with your store credit.
• If you are returning only Esther The Label items you will be eligible to use the Esther returns label for $8.95 AUD, we will simply subtract this from your store credit. Alternatively, you can opt to use your own label.
• International gals, please organise a label at your local post office.
• Please remember, if you select Refund in our returns portal and your return consists of Esther Luxe & non Esther Luxe items, a store credit will be issued for all non Esther Luxe items.
• You will be notified via email when your return makes it back to our HQ. From there you can expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 business days. It’s that easy!
• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.
